Return Policy

You may return any item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that we do not offer exchanges; items can only be returned for a refund.

How to Return Your Item:

1. Generate Your Return Label: To start the return process, please generate your return label using ZigZag. You can access the return portal here: ZigZag Returns.

2.Return Label Cost: The cost of the return label is as follows:

• Royal Mail - £2.50

3.Prepare Your Parcel: Ensure that all old labels are covered on the outside of your parcel.
4.Keep Proof of Postage: It is important to keep the proof of postage receipt in case your parcel gets lost during transit.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

You can certainly return your item for a refund if it is unworn and in the original packaging and within 28 days from delivery to you.

All lingerie/swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker still in place or the refund will be refused


Sadly we only offer refunds for the item.


Please ensure you include the returns form included in the parcel or if you did not receive a returns form, a covering letter with your order number and what you require on it.


Please note that you will need to pay the postage costs to return the item back.
