Yesterday, we brought the Kaiia community together for one of our favourite events yet, and it couldn't have gone any better.
Hosted at Padel Republic, our Padel & Pilates event welcomed girls from all over the UK for a day packed with movement, good food and even better company. From the moment everyone arrived, the atmosphere was full of energy, with new friendships forming, music playing and plenty of content being captured throughout the day.
A Morning Of Movement
The day kicked off with reformer Pilates sessions, giving everyone the chance to stretch, move and start the morning feeling their best. Whether they were trying reformer for the first time or were already regulars, the classes were the perfect way to bring everyone together.
From there, it was time to hit the padel courts. There was plenty of friendly competition, lots of laughs and even more cheering from the sidelines, making it the perfect mix of fitness and fun.
The ultimate girls' day out.
Fuelled By Some Amazing Small Businesses
No Kaiia event is complete without good food, and this one definitely delivered.
We were so excited to welcome The Kiosk in Leyland and Oat & Soul, who kept everyone fuelled throughout the day with delicious bagels, iced matchas and nourishing oat bowls.
Seeing everyone enjoying the food between activities made the day feel even more special, and we're so grateful to have worked with such amazing local businesses.
The Best Vibes All Day
With our DJ bringing the soundtrack for the day, the energy never dropped.
From chatting courtside to dancing between activities, every corner of the venue was filled with smiles, laughter and girls making memories together. Our photobooth was also a huge hit, giving everyone the chance to capture the day with their friends and take home a keepsake from the event.
The content? Safe to say it was so good.
More Than Just An Event
What we love most about these events is bringing the Kaiia community together offline.
It's about meeting new people, trying something different and spending the day surrounded by girls who all share the same positive energy. Seeing everyone connect, support each other and have so much fun is exactly why we love hosting these experiences.
Days like these remind us what the Kaiia community is all about.
