What Joggers are Trending Now?

Wide-leg and relaxed fits are leading the way this year — looser through the leg than the classic skinny jogger, with enough drop to work with chunky trainers or boots. High-waisted styles are still popular for a cleaner line under a cropped top, and cuffed ankles remain a mainstay for keeping things neat. Coordinated sets haven't gone anywhere eithe, pairing joggers with a matching hoodie is still one of the easiest ways to look put together with zero effort.

How to Wear Joggers in 2026?

The trick this year is treating joggers as trousers, not just loungewear. Swap trainers for boots or heeled mules and add a blazer or structured jacket over a fitted top, and the outfit reads smart-casual rather than "stayed in." For daytime, a cropped tee with a denim or bomber jacket over your joggers gives an effortless, put-together look. Or keep it simple and wear them with a matching hoodie or sweatshirt for the coordinated set look that's still going strong.

Are there Other colours?

Yes, beyond the shade you're browsing, our joggers come in black, purple, pink, burgundy, brown, grey, white, navy, green, red, cream and khaki. If you know what you're after, it's quicker to jump straight to it - try black joggers, grey joggers or khaki joggers for the neutrals, or scroll up for something bolder.

What are the Most Flattering Joggers for Women?

It usually comes down to three things: a waistband that sits comfortably without digging in, a leg that isn't too tight or too baggy, and a hem that finishes in the right place for your height. Ours use a signature relaxed fit through the body, with cuffed or wide-leg options at the ankle, cuffed gives a neater, tapered line, while a looser wide-leg cut balances out a more fitted top. They're true to UK sizing and run from 4 to 24, so there's a fit that works whatever your shape, start with our cuffed joggers for something more tailored, or the everyday styles if you'd rather keep it easy.

What Tops Look Best with Joggers?

Depends on the look. For a coordinated, off-duty outfit, pair your joggers with a matching hoodie or sweatshirt. For something more fitted and sporty, a fitted tee or a piece from our sculpt athleisure range works well against the relaxed leg. And if you're dressing them up, a cropped top with a blazer or jacket over the top gives you that effortless, put-together look without much effort.

FAQ

Are Kaiia women's joggers good for working out?

Our ladies' joggers are made for looking good and feeling comfortable. They are not really suitable for heavy workouts, but the cotton is breathable enough for light workouts, warm-ups, or yoga.

Are Kaiia joggers true to size?

Yes, they fit true to UK sizing. They're meant to be relaxed and oversized anyway, so they're quite roomy. If you want them properly baggy, go up a size.

What are Kaiia joggers made from?

We only use high-quality fabric for our joggers. Lovely cotton combined with a brushed inside feels really soft. They're warm but not too thick. And, they keep their shape even after several washes.

How do I wash my Kaiia joggers?

Washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle is best. Air dry them rather than using the tumble dryer. It will keep them softer and stop the elastic from losing its shape. No bleach obviously.
