Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store. The more you shop, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.

It’s this simple: For every pound you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award pounds. You can apply these reward pounds to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less pounds spent!

All of your purchases made on the Kaiia Site, App and Tiktok Shop will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account on site and app. To redeem points for purchases on Tiktok Shop you will need to upload your receipt. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the achievement is unlocked.

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem points on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.

If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email or our different social media options and receive a discount code via email when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
